As a first time movie I think Funeral Kings is very well done. It brings out all the emotions of those awkward years and is quite realistic. The movie makes you laugh and cry and I love movies that do that. The kids curse a little too much. There are some on the edge of your seat moments and the ending makes up for the weakness by coming together.
